• Customs Duties and Import Taxes: For international shipments, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included at the time of purchase.
• Responsibility: We are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. In case of such events, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

All our products come with a 1-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

• Repairs and Replacements: For items covered under warranty, repair or replacement costs will be calculated based on the type of repair and shipping costs. Fragrances are excluded from any warranty coverage.
